These Terms of Service govern your use of cornerstonecoffeemobilellc.com and any enquiry you submit through it. The site is operated by Corner Stone Coffee Mobile LLC(“Cornerstone Coffee”, “we”, “us”), based in Newnan, Georgia. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to request pricing. You agree not to use it unlawfully, to submit false information, to attempt to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Enquiries and quotes are not bookings

Submitting the pricing guide form does not reserve a date or create a contract. It starts a conversation. Pricing shared in the guide or by email is an estimate based on the information you give us, and it may change once we know the final guest count, hours of service, venue and travel involved.

Bookings, deposits and payment

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remainder of the total is due the day before your event.
• We accept credit cards (subject to a 3% processing fee), ACH transfers, checks and cash.
• Your date is not held until the deposit is received. Dates are booked on a first-come basis.

What we need from your venue

Our coffee truck brings its own quiet inverter generator and does not require venue power. Our coffee cart does require access to power at the venue. You are responsible for ensuring we have reasonable access to the setup area, and for any venue permissions, permits or fees the venue itself requires.

Cancellations and changes

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change a date or the details of your event, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we reasonably can to accommodate you, subject to availability. We may cancel or adjust service in circumstances outside our reasonable control — severe weather, road closures, vehicle failure, illness or other emergencies — and in that case we will work with you on a rescheduled date or an appropriate refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.

Photography

We may photograph our own setup and drinks at events for our portfolio and social media. Tell us in advance if you would prefer we do not, and we will respect that.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party links and content

This site may link to third-party websites and embeds a third-party form. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
